Warranest (“we”) provides a warranty and receipt organiser app. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), optional avatar.
• Property/home data: home names and optional addresses so products can be organised across multiple residences.
• Product data: purchase details, warranty dates, notes, seller information.
• Documents: invoices, receipts, warranty cards and related files you upload.
• Device/support data: support messages, basic diagnostics, and notification preferences.

How we use data

We use your data to provide the service, send warranty reminders (local notifications on device), improve reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.

Storage and security

Documents are stored on private server storage and are only accessible with your authenticated session. Passwords and OTPs are stored hashed. Access is restricted by ownership checks.

Advertising

The free app may show Google AdMob ads. Ad partners may process device identifiers subject to their policies. We request App Tracking Transparency only if required by ad configuration.

Retention and deletion

You may delete your account in the app Settings. Deletion soft-deletes account data and revokes tokens. Residual backups are purged on a scheduled retention cycle.

Children

Warranest is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
